Short explanation of the story and how it developed: The new mayor of Halifax described the revitalization of the Cogswell Exchange as one of the "city's greatest opportunities."WE set out to create a project that would engage the community on the history and the potential of the site. The project began online, but had TVand radio reporting components. It culminated in a townhall live on CBCMainstreet. That event was livestreamed and simulcast on CBC TV. |
