Short explanation of the story and how it developed: Peter Russell is struggling to raise three toddlers after his wife and well known teacher died suddenly last fall. Sarah Turpin died less than a week after being diagnosed with Choriocarcinoma, a rare form of maternal cancer. Turpin's death affected thousands of people in Newfoundland and Labrador. People from all over the province reached out to support the family. |
